The problem — brand mismatch in your title tag
The browser tab and Google search results currently show "Apex Home Outlet" but your domain, logo, and brand name all say "Apex Granite Outlet." Google uses the title tag for both ranking and brand recognition. This confuses users in search results and weakens your brand signal to Google.
Important before you start
These changes only affect the browser tab and Google search results — they do not change anything visible on your live website pages. Each change takes effect immediately after saving. Google will re-crawl and update search results within 1–4 weeks.

Fix the Homepage Title Tag

The homepage title is set in Shopify Preferences — not inside a page editor. This is the most important fix and takes less than 2 minutes.

Log into your Shopify Admin at admin.shopify.com

In the left sidebar click Online Store

Click Preferences — it appears directly under Online Store in the dropdown menu

Find the section called Title and meta description

In the Title field — delete everything and paste exactly:

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button

Open a new browser tab and go to apexgraniteoutlet.com — look at the browser tab at the top. It should now read the new title.
If it still shows the old title, wait 2 minutes and hard-refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows / Cmd+Shift+R on Mac).

Fix Collection Page Titles

Collection pages are the highest-traffic SEO pages on the site. Repeat these steps for each collection listed in the table below. Each one takes about 3 minutes.

In Shopify Admin go to Products → Collections

Click on the collection you want to update (start with American Style Cabinets)

Scroll to the very bottom of the page until you see Search engine listing preview

Click Edit website SEO

Replace the Page title and Meta description with the values from the table below

Click Save — then go back and repeat for the next collection
